Device Electronics was founded in 1978 as a franchised stocking distributor and exclusive representative for major electronic component manufacturers of semiconductors, passive components, interconnect and electro-mechanical components.

The management team consists of veterans in the electronic industry with many years of working experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing.
